Data deletion instructions

HitVid lets you delete all data we hold about you, including data obtained from Meta’s Instagram Graph API. You can do this either from inside the app or by emailing us.

To remove all data related to a specific Instagram account (access token, profile metadata, synced media, automations and automation logs for that account):

1. Sign in at hit-vid.ru.
2. Open the Automations page.
3. Select the Instagram account you want to disconnect.
4. Click “Disconnect account” and confirm.

The disconnect action revokes the access token on our side, calls Meta to unsubscribe from webhooks for that account and removes the encrypted token from our database. Associated automations and run logs are deleted within 24 hours.

To remove your HitVid account and all data associated with it (profile, all connected Instagram accounts, collections, favorites, automations and logs):

1. Send an email from the address registered to your HitVid account to kirill.claude48@gmail.com.
2. Subject line: “HitVid account deletion”.
3. In the body include the Instagram username(s) you connected (if any) to help us verify ownership.

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and permanently remove your data within 30 days. Backups containing your data are rotated out within an additional 30 days. After deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email referencing the original request.

• User profile and authentication identifiers.
• All connected Instagram accounts: encrypted access tokens, user IDs, usernames, profile pictures and granted scopes.
• Synced Instagram media metadata (IDs, captions, permalinks, counters).
• Automations, automation graphs and per-run logs.
• Collections, favorites and any AI-assistant artifacts you created.

• Billing records, where required by tax or accounting law.
• Security and abuse-prevention logs, kept in a strictly limited form and only for as long as needed to address open incidents.
• Fully anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
